Before I had accepted Christ into my life I lived as tho I was God. Making all my own choices, Living life with out a care. I started drinking and doing drugs at a very young age. At first the partying started out as fun. After a while the drugs and alcohol consumed my life. I had to have drugs to get out of bed and function. I was empty on the inside putting on a fake front of happiness on the outside. One Night I got a DUI and spent the evening in Jail. I knew I had to make a change. I Knew I was an alcoholic and a drug addict. Some of My family invited me to church. I heard Gods message of salvation and freedom from sin. I accepted Christ into my life. I would like to say everything has been perfect since, But as we all know life has its challenges. I have God on my side to help me threw anything. Work I have done on myself and following Christ has kept me sober for 10 years now. I am a Husband, Dad, son, and friend today because of Christ. It takes work. I Pray go to church and seek clean things in my life everyday. I work a full time job and coach high school football and wrestling. I’m remarried with 4 boys who keep me very busy. That emptiness I was trying to fill with drugs and alcohol is now filled with Christs Joy and Love he showed us on the cross. Are you ready for a change????
